Lakeside Sports Chiropractic Center accepts most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, as well as several others. We also accept personal injury cases, such as workman's compensation and motor vehicle accidents.

As insurance plans vary in their coverage, our staff will call to verify your benefits prior to your first visit to the office. In addition, we encourage you to talk to your insurance representative so you are fully aware of your insurance benefits.

Please bring a copy of your most current insurance card and your drivers license with you to your first visit.

If your health insurance plan does not carry chiropractic benefits, we can arrange an easy and flexible payment plan that allows you to receive the care you need.

We gladly accept checks along with Mastercard and Visa as your payment.
